member of the Executive Council of the Colony
of Hong Kong subject in all respects whatsoever to the provisions of His Majesty's
Letters Patent bearing date the fourteenth day of February 1917 constituting the Office of Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its
Dependencies and of any other Letters Patent of His Majesty adding to amending or
substituted for the same and of any Instructions from His Majesty under His Sign
Manual and Signet for the time being in force.
