This afternoon, Friday November 27th, we
handed to the Chinese Minister Counselor the
document (mentioned in the second paragraph of
our telegram under reference) in reply to the
Chinese document of November 10. The document
contained the new draft of the proposed preamble
as communicated to you in a separate telegram.
