I have discussed these points with the Minister for Foreign Affairs at the meeting at which heads of [grp. undec. ?other] Chinese Departments concerned were present. He proposes to arrange meeting between representatives of this Embassy, Chinese Government, Soviet Embassy and Americans at which the points raised in your telegram and also certain further points raised by Chinese can be dealt with. I will telegraph further.
