With reference to your letter No.33466 of the 29th of June, 1936, I am directed by Lord Moyne to transmit to you a copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong forwarding for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to amend the Medical Registration Ordinance, 1935".
of live Medical Registration Ordinance, 1935 is also quobject to any observations
that the Executive Committee of the General Medical Council may have to offer, Lord Moyne proposes to inform the Governor that His Majesty will not be advised to exercise his power of disallowance in respect of the
Ordinance.
