I have the honour to forward herewith the Annual Report for the year 1st April, 1940 – 31st March, 1941, on the Hong Kong Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve and the Hong Kong Naval
Volunteer Force, together with a copy of my letter acknowledging its receipt.
2. Commodore Collinson has commented on
the Report in the following terms:-

carried out all the duties required of it in a most satisfactory manner, and the efficiency of its organisation reflects great credit on all concerned."
