1st April, 1940, to 31st March 1941, on the Hong Kong Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve and the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force, which has been received from the Governor of Hong Kong and to request you to inform the Lords Commissioners of the Admiral ty that he proposes to inform the Governor that he has read the report with great interest and has been pleased to note the efficient manner in which the officers and men of the two forces have continued to carry out their most useful and necessary duties. Before taking such action, however, Lord Moyne will be glad to know
whe ther their Lordships would wish to be associated in the terms of his proposed reply.
