I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to refer to your letter No.53685/41 of 4th November, 1941, transmitting the Annual Report for the year erding 31st March, 1941, on the Hong Kong Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve and the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force, and to request that Lord Moyne will be good enough to associate them with the terms of his
proposed reply to the Governor of Hong Kong.
