This order rescinds the Order dated the 7th September, 1939, published as Government Notification No. 753 in the Government Gazette Extraordinary No. 48 of the 7th September, 1939, and shall come into effect as from the date hereof. Licence forms, properly made out, must be sub- mitted in quadruplicate.
