in the foregoing Particulars at the premium of $............. and, as such purchaser,
hereby agrees to carry out the purchase on the terms of and subject to the foregoing
Conditions of Sale, and the purchaser hereby agrees fully to observe and perform
the said Conditions, and to be bound thereby and the Director of Public Works
on behalf of his Excellency the Governor hereby ratifies and confirms the said sale
on the above Conditions.
