Although the questien of aircraft factories does
not strictly exs within our terms of reference, it has been
unaniɛwusly agreed that the importance of this subject, which
is, we understand, an sesontial consideration when planning
the layout of any firat class aerodrome, should be brought to
the neties of Governwracaat, and it is moat strongly recmaurided
that, if Government favoure the erection of such factories
within the limite of the Colony, suitable sites should be
reserved adjacent to the Aerodro36.

From the evidonoe given by the Air Companies with
regard to the anticipated volum of passenger and freight
traffic, it appears desirable that an up-to-date terzdinal
building should be alertxi, opále of clearing 150 to 200
passengers within ine shortest possible time, This terminal
building should not only contain the administrative offices
of the airport, with socos odation for the port health,
customs, meteorological and postal officials, but should also
include the control tover of the niport and have room for
the air line offices, a first alass restaurant and wai táng
roams for passengere, storage facilities for freight and ranil,
a strong room and rest rooms for pilots and staff. Garage
