With reference to your secret letter No.
Sec/24/34 dated 2nd March, 1939, regarding the
extension to Kai Tak Aerodrome, I am directed to
forward herewith a revised certificate of expenditure
in this connection, showing the amount due to the
Colonial Government from the Air Ministry, together
with a plan and demand note for the sum due.
