necessary to rect greater need.

For your om information I am advised that if Hong Kong

Government should find it 0ssible to offer further

contribution to is 'njesty'r Government for

prosecution of war there is much to be said in favour of cash

contribution to Exchequer in order that resources available may

be used strictly according to urgency of defence requirements at

any point in the ampire. Should be craterul for your

observations on above suggestions.
