(a) Absence or failure of duty on the part of
any member of the school staff.
(e) Any special circumstances affecting the
school that may, for the sake of future
reference, or for any other reason,
deserve to be recorded.
(f) Any report made by the Director and any
remarks made upon it by the Government.
This must be signed by the Correspondent.
(g) All holidays including any half-holidays or
curtailments of school hours, given to the
whole school or any section of it.
Except in special circumstances approved
by the Director no full-time Teacher or Head
Teacher may undertake any external duties
during school hours.
33.
In Kindergarten classes no more than 35
pupils shall be under the instruction of one
Teacher at any time, and in other classes
no more than 40 pupils.
