My bunk is 2nd from the centre door marked x on Exhibit A. After deceased had picked up the broom, defendant ran out of the south door, and deceased ran as far as 5th bunk from west door.
He was I was afraid deceased would hit defendant with the broom.
He stopped and walked back to the holding the broom to his side. bed. I took the broom away from him and put it under a bed. Deceased walked back to his own bunk
