The
e-ex; ort of all native and foreign articles
shall be restricted.
The above restricted native and foreign articles for
im ort and ex ort may be applied for at the Customa on production
of a permit issued by the Superintendent.
5.
The N tional Government and the new local government
(the Munici ality in the event of the new government not having
been inaugurated) shall be the competent authorities to issue
Muchao-tURÍEKXNEXEXÍKMKI and Chihohao. Prior to the establish-
ment of Huchao-issuing de artments, the 8 perinten ent's Office
shall issue these documents.
