There are in Hongkong
3 Vultee aeroplanes
1 Condor aeroplane
all of which are purely transport machines.
At the
time of their shipment from the U.S.A. it was understood
that they could be flown to China from Hongkong,
as it was and still is practically impossible to
import them by any other means.
The Chinese Government would be grateful if
instructions could be given to the authorities in
Hongkong to permit these machines to be assembled in
Hongkong and flown to China.
