SO KOON CHIU further states:-

We have been stopped on four or five occasions by

Japanese motor boats in the vicinity of CHEK WAN and TAI TSAN.

On each occasion we have been stopped by Japanese motor boat,

the crew of the motor boat have taken a small portion of the

cargo. As far as I know a report was never made to the

Police in Hong Kong regarding us being stopped by the

Japanese.

This is the first occasion that the Japanese motor

boat has given us cargo to dispose of in Hong Kong. We have

on several occasions been fired on by the Japanese motor

boats.
