boat and our junk both dropped anchor. At about 08.00 hours

this morning (22.1.40) a launch named KWAI HING which was towing

two junks passed close by to us. The Japanese motor boat then

got up anchor and towed my boat alongside the KWAI HING launch.

On going the KWAI HING launch one of the Chinese fokis who was

one of the junks which was being towed by the launch and who

could speak Japanese said "We are going to take your cargo".

The crew of one of the junks called the HANG FAT Firm then

removed my 15 baskets of dried ducks aboard their junks. The

launch then towed the two junks towards Hong Kong while the

Japanese motor boat dropped anchor. I then sailed my boat to

CHEK WAN where I and another cargo owner named TSANG TAI ON

landed and walked to HAU HOI Village and boayed a passenger boat

to LAU FAU SHAN (B.T.) and walked to PING SHAN Police Station

arriving there at about 12.45 hours on the 22.1.40 where I made

a report. I was sent by the Officer in Charge to make a report

at the Water Police Station.

At 14.15 hours I boarded a bus for Kowloon whilst

in the bus and near the Hong Kong Brewery, TSUN WAN I saw the

launch towing the two junks towards Hong Kong.
