With reference to previous correspondence resting with my letter No. 68 of 24th September,1940 regarding attacks on Chinese junks near Hong Kong by Japanese naval vessels, I have the honour to forward for Your Excellency's consideration the accompanying copies of police reports and supporting statements regarding further attacks on such junks.
2. Copies of this letter are being forwarded to His Majesty's Embassies, Shanghai and Chungking, the Secretary of State for the Colonies and the Commodore, Hong Kong.
