The following is a report of the results of a post-mortem

examination held on (date) 14.9.40. at (time) 12.00 a.m. of the body

of Ng Tam. Sex male. Apparent age 55.

General Report,

(1) Cause of death. Shock from fractured femur following

gun-shot wound.

(2) General physical condition of body. Well built, elderly.

(3) Approximate time of death. Within 24 hours.

Externally:- (1) Bullet wound in the medial aspect of the right thigh

near its upper end.

(2) 4 inches lacerated wound of the left forearm, on the

radial side just distal to the bend of the elbow - involving the deep muscular tissues almost right down to the radius bone.

(3) A superficial cut wound over the lateral aspect of the

knee.

Internally:- Right fermur - long oblique fracture of the upper end of

shaft of right fermur. There was about 2 inches overlap.
