The following is a report of the results of a post-mortem

examination held on (date) 20.9.40. at (time) 11.30 a.m. of the body

of Ng Hong. Sex, male, Apparent age 33.

(1) Cause of death. Fractured Ribs and Pulmonary

Hemorrhage.

(2)

General physical condition of body. Well bullt.

(3) Approximate time of death. Within 50 hours.

Gun shot wounds at

(1)

1 inch medial and below to inferior angle

of the right scapula (entry).

(2) 1 inch below the right axilla (exit)

(3) Just above the upper end of the glubial cleft.

Ribs. the right 6th, 7th and 8th ribs were fractured in the posterior scapula line.

Plueral cavities filled with blood

Haemothorax.

death by violence, description of wounds, position, length, breadth, depth, nature of instrument causing wounds: compatible with use of instrument produced or not: probable position of deceased and assailant when wounds were infected: whether blood would spurt on to assailant or not: period in which death would ensue: whether any wounds were inflicte after death or not.

The bases were very congested.

The right lung appeared to be very haemorrhagie obviously caused by the gunshot wound in its exit through the axilla.

was not injured and appeared healthy.

Brain and Skull

no injury or abnormality.

All other internal organs escaped injury.
