I was a foki on an unlicensed boat which left MAN KING
SHA (not on chart) on 26.9.40 at about 09.00 hours bound for
TAI O` (British Territory). Altogether there were five persons

on board including the master OK SAN.
The cargo consisted of
50 ducks value $50.00 and 10 piculs of string value $150.00. Total value $200.00. Several boats left MN KING SUA at the

Three Japanese dressed in khaki unifora also boarded my boat. One was armed with a truncheon. They dumped all our cargo overboard and took my boat in tow. After about 15 minutes the tow rope was cut. The Japanese then tied the rope to the starboard side of my boat and the motor boat pulled and my boat capsized. All on board were thrown into the water. We all managed to cling to the capsized boat. The motor boat then rammed the capsized boat and split it in two. The motor boat then sailed away towards Bocca Tigris.
Myself and another foki FANG HUNG clung to a piec
