Your Lordship's information a copy of the report of the debate at
the original presentation of the estimates on 16th January, 1941,
and uncorrected press reports of the speeches made on 20th February,
1941.
6. In view of the proximity of the commencement of the new
financial year on 1st April, 1941, I shall be glad to be informed of
Your Lordship's approval of these estimates at as e arly a date as
possible, preferably by telegram.
