and very sharp. When he picked up the chopper accused turned to Leyng Ki. Leung Ki at once ran away up Chinese St. with accused
chasing him. Accused was holding up my chopper in his hand.
I did not see any blows struck. The next thing I saw was Leung

I was sitting beside my ine chest.
Accused was sitting on the stool nearest Dea Voeux Rd.
When I first noticed the three men together they were about the
middle of the street.
I cannot remember who was nearest me.
Leung Ki tapped accused on the shoulder with his open hand.
I did not hear accused say "Don't move your hands".
, I can't say if Leung Ki was calm or excited.
Accused came to my stall occasionally. He is not a friend of mine.
I always kept my chopper on top of these three boxes. I cut my bread on top of these boxes. After accused had picked up the chopper Leung Ki was opposite the noodles stall on the opposite side of the gutter. I didn't notice where Chan Kam On was then. I didn't hear Leung Ki call to Chan Kam On to attack the accused.
I did not notice Chan Kam On run away. The distance accused ran
after Leung Ki was more than the length of this Court. Leung Ki fell down after a distance of from this box to the two pillars. There was no fight between Leung Ki & accused.
I did not see Leung Ki attacking accused or accused defending himself with the chopper. Leung Ki was a slight thin man.

I have a noodle stall in Chinese St. next to Ng Kui's. About 7.30 p.m. on 28th Sept. I was at my stall making pastry.
I noticed Leung Ki & accused who was on a stool at Ng Kui's.
I heard Leung Ki ask accused for money. Leung Ki tapped accused on the shoulder. At that time they were standing close to the gutter.
Leung Ki said "You have three days to pay. If you fail you won't
be allowed in Chinese St.".
