Clinical condition was about same as previous day}
He died on 3rd October about 3.50 a.m.
I perfomed P.M. examination.
56
Body identified as Leung Ki by Leung 80 and Indian constable B479.
Examination showed no external injuries other than those already
described.
Intemally nothing to do with his death.
Cause of death was haemorrhage and toxaemia from multiple injuries.
Chopper with 3" blade could have caused wounds.
There must have been at least four blows.
xxd. Chan.
Wound at back of neck was clean wound made with sharp instrument.
It would require considerable amount of force. Wound on cheek was
more than 1" deep, slicing blow. I would not say that wound would
require less force than blow at back of neck. Wound on outside
of arm was 1" deep. Very narrow wound, probably glancing blow.
Wound on thigh was deep, more than 2". I found no scar marks on
deceased's body. I did not see a scar on his head. He had a big
blood vessel out and loss of blood was very rapid. His condition
on 2nd October was clearer than it was when deposition was taken.
He knew what was going on but he was not completely clear. He wa
able to correct some inaccuracies in his statement.
