Sir,
With reference to your letter of even date,
I have the honour to inform you that Government is
prepared to accept your offer with the following
exceptions:-
1. The four articles mentioned in my letter
16/54/38 of the 2nd June, 1938 addressed to
Mollers' Towages, Ltd. to be excluded.
2. The vessel to be sold as she stands and
buyer to be responsible for the necessary
work to put her into condition for towage
to Shanghai.
