2. For the consideration aforesaid Compania Internacional de Colonizacion hereby appoints Saca its sole agent in the Far East (which shall include all countries East of the Suez Canal) for the purpose of selling landing permits and of securing colonists for admission into Paraguay for the term of ten years from First day of November One thousand nine
hundred and thirty nine.
3. Saca hereby undertakes that it will sell during
each year of the term hereof not less than Three thousand permits for male colonists over the age of twelve years. The minimum amounts which Saca will have to pay Compania Internacional de Colonizacion during the term hereof are

The price of landing permits for the first year of the said term which for this purpose shall be deemed
to expire on Thirty-first day of December one thousand nine hundred and forty shall be:-
(a) In respect of a male colonist of
12 years of age or over.
In respect of a female colonist
of 12 years of age or over.
(b) In respect of a male colonist of
more than 5 years of age and less than 12.
