I have etc. to acknowledge the
receipt of your confidential despatch of
the 24th November, 1939, reporting
concerning arrangements which have been
made by the Hong Kong Government for the
publication of a weekly Radio Review in
the Colony.
2.
I approve the proposal that
revenue and expenditure arising out of
the publication of the Review should be
charged to a Suspense Account under
Colonial Regulation 273. I would ask,
however, that the maintenance of the
Suspense
