My telegram of 7th September Circular No. 42 Secret, Passages. Temporary suspension has now been removed and homeward passages may therefore be arranged,'
Arrangements
will be made as and when accommodation becomes available for return of all officers whom you have recalled followed by officers whose leave has expired in the ordinary way.
Except
in the case of those Governments w1.a have indicated that wives should not at present proceed to their territories, I propose in order to mitigate hardship to arrange to make a certain amcunt of accommodation available for wives whose husbands are on duty in the Colony (in some cases having been recalled from leave) or are now returning,
