I enclose three photographs from the one-third full
size working model for the statue of H.M.King George V1,
together with one photograph of the 1" scale sketch model
for the pedestal. I also enclose the preliminary drawing
for the pedestal showing the inscription tablet.
With reference to the inscription tablet, I should be
glad to have the details for the inscription as soon as possible.
I propose to proceed without delay with the work for
the full size model of the statue as there is no time to spare
if the work is to be completed by the specified date.
I also propose to send photographs to the Private
Secretary to the King,
