This is to certify that Lieutenant Commander G.H. Gandy was employed by this Company from February, 1923, to February 1924, as an assistant salvage officer.
He gave every satisfaction and we have a very high opinion of his capabilities as a salvage officer.
He left the employ of the Company owing to scarcity of work and after so leaving us we re-engaged him for the purpose of navigating one of our salvage vessels to Dakar, West Africa and there to assist in salvage work. We can thoroughly recommend Lieutenant Commander Gandy to anyone requiring his services.
