Your reference (P 913/26/150.
I have discussed the suggestion you made in
your letter of the 18th ultimo with the appropriate
Department and our view is that these Articles might
well be useful for distribution to the local press.
We can leave it to Hong Kong to let us know to which
particular official they should be addressed if, when
they have seen some of the Articles, the plan appeals
to them. Meanwhile, perhaps you would kindly let me
have five copies.
