With reference to your despatch No.133 of 27th
April, 1939, I have the honour to submit for the signification
Enclosure No.1. of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance intituled:-
Enclosure No.2.
"An Ordinance for the promotion of the health,
safety, convenience and general welfare of the
community by making provision for the systematic
preparation and approval of plans for the future
lay-out of existing and potential urban areas as
well as for the types of building suitable for
erection therein".
2.
The enclosed report by the Attorney General
explains the objects and reasons of the Ordinance.
