Dear Ronald
With further reference to your letter
No.F.2894/52/10 of the 6th of April about the
telegrams sent to Geneva by the League of Nations
Committee for Technical Collaboration with China,
I enclose a copy of a letter from the General Post
Office from which you will see that there are
objections to the suggestion that those telegrams
should be sent to the former agents of the
Committee in Hong Kong for reforwarding thence to
Geneva.
In the circumstances, we do not feel that ourselves. we can usefully pursue the matter further, though
you may wish to explore the possibility referred to
in the last paragraph of the enclosed letter.
