week if he wishes, I should be grateful if

we could have a reply to that letter at the

What I should like to be able to

tell them is, as suggested in our letter of

the 28th January, that H.M.G. will have no

objection to his establishing a factory

understood that he will not be allowed to

export aeroplanes to China while hostilities

continue.
