Inter-Continent Corporation request permission to
assemble at Kai Tak one used Condor commercial
transport plane and three used Vultee single
engine commercial transport planes all the property
of the Chinese Government. Assurance given that
these are purely commercial with no military equipment.
In view of your telegram No.43 of 1938 I shall be grateful for your further instructions but trust thet
you will see no objection. Two civilian services
are running regularly between Hong Kong and Chungking,
