Dear Sir,
We beg to inform you that we (Chuk) Chung-leung and
(Yuen) Hon-tsun are the men who assassinated the Chinese
traitor Ching Sik-kang. We have now come to Hong Kong and
are preparing to surrender ourselves.
Enclosed is (a copy of) our letter to H.E. the
Governor of Hong Kong and H.E. the British Ambassador
resident in China, which is intended for the information of
the public. We respectfully request you, Sir, to allow it
to be inserted in your news column. If this cannot be done,
please deal with it as an advertisement and publish it in
your advertisement column. We are sending herewith $20 H.K.
Currency for you to receive as fee for the advertisement.
