assembled at the Interned Chinese Soldiers Camp,
MA TAU CHUNG, Kowloon, on the 3rd of January,
1939 by order of Lieutenant-Colonel J.H.L.
Hindmarsh, 1st Kumaon Rifles for the purpose of
enquiring into, reporting on, and giving an
opinion on the circumstances under which two
Interned Chinese Soldiers were injured on
January 2nd, 1939.
