The Japanese medical officer carried should certify
and the captain guarantee that there are no cases of
infectious disease. In cases when no Japanese medical
officer is carried there be no objection to examination
of all passengers by Hong Kong medical authorities but
in that case Japanese certificates of vaccination should
be inspected.

for visits of Japanese Government chartered vessels to Hong Kong

reply as I have already applied for sailing of Kinhan at the
end of this week when I am informed confidentially the military
operations should be terminated.
