You will probably wish me to protest against this renewed violation of New Territory. Protest will be more effective if
I am authorised at the same time to say that any further aero- plaes violating New Territory render themselves liable to anti-
aircraft fire.
Military and Naval authorities here both deny aeroplanes
which violated New Territory before (see my telegram No. 372) were Japanese as they have given strict instructions that New Territory was not to be violated. I could add that warning which I give to Japanese Government is also being given to the Chinese Government.
