I understand and verily believe that the Directors of the Company have entirely lost control of the affairs and business of the Company and we have made a request as one of the shareholders to the Government of the Republic of China that a formel enplication for the winding up of the said Company should be instituted and that Receivers of such property of the Company as can recovered be appointed.
6. None of the Directors or so far as I am aware any executive officers of the Ching Kee Stean Navigation Company Limited is in Hong Kong nor have I heard of any intention of the Company or its Directors to appoint agents or representat- ives of the Company in Hong Kong.
7. I verily believe that any person or firm representing themselves as the authorised agents of the Company must be and are in fact making false representation and I am authorised by the Company I an representing and as such shareholder in the said Ching Kee Steam Navigation Company Limited to say that they approve of the winding up of the said Ching Kee Steam Navigation Company Limited and that steps should be taken to prevent the removal of the s.s. "Hao Lee" and s.s. "An Lee" out of the waters of the Colony of Hong "ong until a duly authorised Receiver or other appointment has been made by a Court of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of China.
AD lastly I solemnly sincerely and truly affirm and say that the contents of this my Affirmation are true. AFFIRMED at the Courts of Justice,
