request them to instruct various secret service organs
to pay special attention to protesting my security, so
that I would have freedom of action and my power of
activity will be enlarged. Thus, works will be very
fast and efficient.
I understand that people on secret service work
are constantly transferred on a rotation basis. I
earnestly hope that during such transfers you would
try to keep them informed in order to avoid misunder-
standing. Not that I pity my life nor fear to die, I
am afraid that should an accident occur, the wish I
have cherished in my mind for years would not be
accomplished and thus disappointing you of the kindness
and trust you have in me. I hope you will consider
my humble heart.
