Dear brother HON,
(1) There are altogether two copies re. organisation
of the assassination squad, one of which is the "Principal
程 烹 Outlines of Organisation" made out by Mr. CHẲNG HÀNG CHEONG
etc. Originally, the regular expenses were estimated at
$2,000 per month including another $1,000 for rewards and
commiseration totalling about $3,000 per month. As some
parts of their outlines were not clear, I had wired to you
that regular expenses would be $1,000 per month including
another $1,000 for rewards and commiseration totalling
$2,000 per month. I have also mentioned this to them.
Therefore, total monthly expenses for the organisation shall
be $2,000 as per my telegram.

The other copy is Mr. KUK ŠIU PİNG's
"Principal Outlines of Organisation" which is similar to
that of Mr. CHING's in many respects but calls for more
expenses.

As regards brother WONG YIN CHUEN's matter,
I have already spoken to you. On my return to Shanghai he
enquired from me about this, and I informed him that you said
you would do something when opportunity offered. He had
requested brother? (illegible) to ask me to bring you
a letter. I think you may do something for him when
convenient.
