noted. As regards the so-called first affair
of the Central Political Council of yesterday,

Central Political Council only on the 27th. On
the 30th it was the executive Committee that
sent the report. The first report was on the
Sino-Japanese peace negotiations. We do not
know whether this is true. Please instruct us
