Your telegram dated the 30th noted. (1)
afraid the Police Department may have the record of
the Mauser pistols of 1124, so they should not be
used. Moreover they should not be replenished since
nothing was missing or damaged in the last instance.
(2)
The additional expenditure of $1,000 can be paid
accordingly, provided they guarantee that the affair
will be accomplished within one month. (3) Why
should reward money be paid before the accomplishment ?
We shall consider after the affair takes place.
