Hankow soon, and plan for the formation
of a Central China Government in the
event of Nanchang and Changsha being
capture by the Japanese. Later on, the
Central China, Reformed and Provisional
Governments will be incorporated into a
Central Government with WANG as the

President and NG (WU PEI FU) as the
Marshall (30th).

of co-operation in forming a Central
