Law of the Central University, Nanking, for one
year. Worked for one year in the Director of the
Asiatic Affairs Department of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of the National Government.

promoted to be Director of the Department, where
he worked for 4 years, and resigned in May. (His

MOVEMENTS..........He resigned from the post of Director of
the Asiatic Affairs Department in May, 1938 and
came to Hongkong to negotiate with the Japanese
about activities.

the Japanese are only able to accept the terms
