The man in charge is Shigenobu SAWA. It belongs to the

Naval clique.

(3) TOKIO ASAHI SHINBUN. The Hong Kong sales depart-

ment is in charge of Makoto AOKI with an office in the

Tokyo Hotel.

(4) H.K. BRANCH OF DOMEI NEWS AGENCY. is in charge of

RINICHIRO SASAKI. Its work is to carry out the Japanese

newspaper policy in North Borneo, Singapore, Annam and

Burma.
