The Japanese Secret Service organisation was
started in Hong Kong in 1933. At present Hong Kong is the
base of activities of the Japanese spies in South China.
(1) Military. The military secret service is in charge of

first term Military Attache was Ken UTSUNOMIYA, the 2nd
term was OHIRA and the 3rd term was Shigesaburo MIYAZAKI,
