A/ Ishino's return to Japan and report on H.K. Armament.
According to information from Staff Headquarters,
Hong Kong, shino, the Military Attache, proceeded to
Japan on the 1.4.39 to attend a Military Conference,
bringing with him a map of the New Territory drawn by
himself and giving the following particulars - Strength of
British troops, Garrison Areas, Numbers and Location of
anti-aircraft guns, calibre of guns at the fortifications
and other armaments for the purpose of making a report at
the meeting.
